If you want the best choose Stone Real Estate Aspley

Samantha Rowland and her team and our property manager Daniel Higgins are fantastic. We have had multiple properties managed by Stone and have nothing but praise. Daniel our property manager is professional, on point with managing tenant requests and ensures quotes and works are completed efficiently. All inspections pre, post and 12 weekly are professional, well documented, easy to read and very thorough. Excellent communication both verbal and written. Ensures each party is accountable and that all issues are resolved quickly. We have never had an issue Samantha or Daniel have not been able to rectify. They are 10 out of 10.
