Can't recommend enough!

From my initial enquiry, Chris provided very prompt responses. When Chris came out to view the property he was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provided me with multiple options/strategies for the sale of my home and explained how each one might work. Chris had researched the sales in my area and was able to provide recommendations on which strategies he thought would be best suited to my individual needs. Chris was upfront in asking my expectations and set a very reasonable commission. The marketing was efficient and to a very high standard. Throughout the sale, Chris maintained excellent communication, often going above and beyond to make sure that I understood each step in the process. Chris actively followed up on leads and was able to secure a sale that was over and above what I had expected within four (4) weeks of the house being on the market. Though having your house on the market is often stressful, Chris made the process a seamless transaction and also recommended a conveyancer and broker to further assist with the purchase of a new property. My parents recommended Chris' services after they sold their house in 2019 and after using him myself I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone else.
