After a failed Auction and then several weeks on the market with another agency, we were getting very frustrated. Although we were presented offers through them - they were all well below the market and our expectations. We felt that the said agency was not working on our behalf but more so for the "buyers", consistently telling us that this was all the market was prepared to pay (these offers ranged from $50-100K below what we were told we could expect!). Just as we were loosing hope, we received a flyer in our mailbox from Tristan. This could not have come at a more opportune time! On meeting Tristan, we both agreed that Tristan had the right sales approach to sell our unit.
