Dave was really wonderful to deal with, friendly and professional.

Paul and I are were thrilled with the sales result. Dave kept us up to date at all points in the process which took a lot of the worry out of the sale. The only point we have to raise is the bit of a brag of getting more than a previous agent. I don't think that would thrill me if I saw that as the buyer. However, that was only a very small thing and did not sully our experience. Thank you very much, you delivered on your promise.
