Bev is great!

Bev tried really hard in a very difficult market .... She persevered came up with great strategies and got us over the line. Bev does everything she says she is going to do ...she is professional and very organised .... Her communication is fantastic. She is very honest and reliable. I would recommend Bev to any one trying to sell a home in any area .... She researches your market area and is quite correct with her predictions. FABULOUS

We had previously decided on our preferred R eal estate Agent when I had a phone call from Bev a referral from an aquaintance. Bev understood our situation and asked if her feedback on price would be of help to us as we had numerous appraisals of very different prices almost a difference of $500,000 which was crazy. On meeting Bev we felt very comfortable with her approach and decided that even though being new to the area ,she had a grasp on the overall marketing and selling and understood our needs as a vendor. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Bev she was in touch with us giving constant feedback and so helpful in all situations. It has been the best experience of selling a house we have ever had and highly recommend her to any prospective vendors.

Honest

With the amount of property agents I deal with it is finally nice to deal with a person who is genuine and honest. There was no hiding behind a false front with lack of knowledge on their profession.
