Extremely quick sale

We owned a mortgaged investment property in Kenmore, Brisbane. With the high interest rates, we were keen to sell quickly but at the same time didn't want to compromise too much on the sale price. We also understood that our suburb in general didn't appreciate much in value in 2023. Given all that, our expectations for a good price weren't that high. However the outcome was nothing short of brilliant- Deron was able to find a buyer for us within a week and negotiate a price higher than what we had in mind!
