How a Real Estate Agent should strive to be like.

I figure those who are reading this and other real estate agent reviews are here because they are looking for someone to sell their property or home, predominately. I have sold and purchased maybe 12 properties, and listed with other agents without success. Then we have all had the experience of dealing with agents when researching, inspecting or trying to negotiate a purchase, whether or not the sale went through. The more research you do, the more agents you come across. Saeed has been THE BEST agent I have ever dealt with, period. Having gone through the wringer a time or two I lack a little patience, and I especially dont handle bullshit very well. So it was, and is refreshing to first meet Saeed, without any immediate business and just talk to him about the property market, our house and what he thinks of our particular situation. He knows his business very well. He works for his client, buying or selling, (he doesn't cross the line) is very well informed, researches constantly so that his information and advice is up to date, and has a very pleasant professional approach; all the while being honest. For some, being honest and delivering honesty without embellishment or offensive narratives is difficult - Not for Saeed. And we laughed many times. I invited Saeed's wife to our auction because i wanted to give her a message about Saeed, that i will share with you. I said Saeed is the first person I have given full access to my home, codes an all; such is my confidence and trust in him. He just put me at ease. But the bigger statement I made is this: Saeed is not only what other real estate agents should strive to be, but he is what i believe many men should strive to be. And that's the point - he just a good solid honest man. Real estate aside I am blessed to have met him and then go on to do business with Saeed. Thank you Saeed. I wish you all a successful journey with your real estate endeavours, but a pleasant one awaits with Saeed.
