It has been a pleasure having Browns Plains Real Estate manage our rental home. Marleen and Anna have taken care of us very well; they have been punctual, highly organised and thoughtful of us as tenants. Initial property viewing, application process was well-organised and straightforward. Upon starting the lease, we received a very useful welcome bag and a folder with all the important paperwork. The house keys also came labeled and on a nice keychain (all these details are really helpful when moving in).
