Seller of a house in Browns Plains, Qld

Neil Giles of Browns Plains Real Estate recently sold my investment property for what I consider a good price. I had sought his advice on the property a few times prior to the sale, from back in 2014. I have found him to be honest in that his answer did not always benefit him. However his advice returned me to him when selling, as I had found him trustworthy in the past. Due to other issues not directly related to said property, to sell the property was not straightforward. Neil was able to assist beyond the call of duty, to get the property settled. I believe he now rents the property out, so no doubt the buyer was suitably impressed also. I also found Neil likeable, with a sense of humour and a person willing to do the job. Thank you Neil for helping me move forward.
