Always there

Julie was a breath of fresh air. While I didn't have a lot of personal contact with Julie, she worked closely with her colleague Peter Don. Julie was always in contact with us ensuring that we knew where our campaign was at, from the number of enquirers, to the marketing process, including the advertising wording, the pictures and how it was to be presented, and then there every inspection to promote and ultimately sell our property. What really impressed me with Julie was that her commitment to us (and the purchaser) didn't stop at the sale - she was there right up until settlement.

Achieved what he set out to do

We initially found a number of agents found our place too hard - it was unique, didn't fit the mold and consequently they suggested very low market estimates. Then there was Peter. There was an element of comfort with Peter - both in his approach and his knowledge. He gave us confidence that our house was worth what we thought it was worth. While the interest in our place was high, initially it did not convert to serious offers. Peter immediately changed tact and put the pressure back on the market. The market responded and the offers came in. Peter then managed to get an offer to the exact dollar that he said he would. Peter did not abandon us simply because the contract was signed, he maintained his contact and even helped with advice on our purchase elsewhere.
