Great customer service

I recently engaged Buckingham and Company Montmorency to provide leasing services for a property I recently purchased in the area. The personnel I initially encountered at the office were all friendly to deal with and very professional. Bianca Bowden (Senior Property Manager) went above and beyond with her level of customer service, assistance, and providing documentation so I didn’t have to view everything via email. Bianca’s knowledge of the local area, current trends and what was reasonable to expect was invaluable, as I had no experience of the rental market in the area. Bianca communicated consistently with me throughout the rental campaign, undertook thorough checks of potential tenants and I was very satisfied with the final result. It was great to deal with a company and personnel who delivered such a high level of customer service.
