Positive and Vibrant

Alison was always helpful and followed up with her clients. Although I was unable to bid on auction day, the opportunity came up post auction to put in an offer on the property and Alison did everything she could to ensure I was able to inspect the property again and in turn, finalise the purchase. Sale Result

We had three other real estate agents evaluate the property and all recommended that we should remove the tenant and spend +20K to renovate the property so that the best price could be achieve. Simon McEvoy from Buckingham & Co suggested the following. 1. Leave the tenant in the property as it is bringing money helping on loan repayment. 2. Tenants had furnished the property and looked presentable 3. Based on our property and conditions, Simon correctly advised that by renovating and spending money is not going to significantly increase value and that he can achieve our goals and expectations without spending. 4.
