Worst service and no consideration for tenants living a house that was already quiet old and run down trying to pick us for everything.

Throughout your tenancy, we were very proactive, arranging all of the maintenance items you reported, ensuring that you were kept up to date with the progress of any requests, making alterations you required to your lease agreement etc. Our final inspections are based on the very thorough entry condition report completed at the commencement of your tenancy, it is unfortunate that you are unhappy that you were given the opportunity to go back to the property to address the issues found as apart of your final inspection. The owner who has given a positive review for our management would agree, that we have carried out our duties properly using this report and the photos taken at the commencement.
