Ryan was courteous and understanding regarding the process in selling this family home

From the beginning of the process (at least 2 years) Ryan was patient, courteous and considerate. My father had lived in the property as a child and then brought up his family in the house. Extensive renovations and modifications had taken place over the 80+ years making the property a challenge to prepare for sale and to market. Ryan was definitely upto the challenge and was very metered in his approach to marketing the property. There were also some family dynamics that had to be navigated and Ryan was very patient and accomodating without any judgement - a true professional. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone selling or buying a property in the area Thank you Ryan - my father would have been very happy with the process and the outcome
