Re this agent selling my house

Luke contacted me a year before to offer a valuation. I told him I was not ready to sell but to contact me in August the following year. true to his word he contacted me and came to see us in our own home. We gave him the brief after he answered all our questions especially the ones to check how much he really knew about our area. We had 2-3 open-house inspections and on the Monday he came to us with 5 genuine offers. The house was sold with little or no hold ups. We live on the other side of Brisbane and felt very confident and satisfied with the service knowledge and politeness of all members of the staff.
