Excellent job

We have known Ryan for a number of years. We met him at an open house in the area when we were just checking the market but not interested in selling. Ryan kept in touch giving us market updates. When we finally decided to sell we had no hesitation in contacting Ryan and a couple of other agents. We chose Ryan because of his professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the market. He kept us informed during the planning process. He recommended house washers, stylists and finally removelists who all did an excellent job at reasonable price. The property was listed online on a Wednesday with an open house scheduled for Saturday. It produced 29 inspections with 9 offers. Ryan did an excellent job working with offers to gain a good price with a contract being signed in 1 week.
