Outstanding form start to finish.

On our first meeting (prior to even signing up) Karl organised, from his list of endless contacts, tradies to attend to obvious fixes needing attention ready for open house, this happened again after sale to fix issues raised during the final inspection. The whole process just seemed so seamless with Karl attending to every facet of the sale, the marketing was exceptional (unbelievable video), he had contacts for house staging and settlement- all with very good rates and his market knowledge is second to none. In all dealings I had with Karl was always the consummate professional (with NOTHING being a problem for him) and most importantly I was kept informed every step of the way. He gave me excellent advice but also made it clear that all decisions were mine to make and he respected whatever choices I made. Karl followed up on offers and at the end of the day achieved an outstanding result for me!
