Very responsive and prompt. All staff were professional.

Amount of interest indicated property could have been valued higher. Initially problems with potential buyers dropping out after making commitment caused concern. Perhaps a more robust vetting process could have been used? When the eventual buyer was found, the buyer wanted to make a commitment on their terms, we felt that our position as vendors should have been better considered.
