I would like to record that Steve Hatzi of Buxton Real Estate has just negotiated the sale of my home in Burwood. At a time of fluctuating markets, and world financial instability, I set a reserve figure which I would have happily accepted. However, I am very pleased to say the property was sold for $350000 more, and I believe that this success was brought about through very active lobbying by Steve to ensure that a large, and competitive crowd were in attendance on the day. Mr Hatzi showed himself as an active and competent auctioneer, who managed to keep the price rising. Both before and after the auction, I have contacted Steve with queries, and he has always been prompt to contact me, and solve my problems. In general, I have found Buxton Real Estate, and Steve Hatzi in particular to be a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone requiring assistance in the real estate market.
