New tenant found off market

We have been using Buxton to manage our property for a number of years now and our current manager Tanya has been excellent as they all have. They have always found very good quality tenants and organize to get any issues sorted in a timely manner. Our current tenants have decided to move on and Tanya managed to find new tenants within days off market saving us some of the advertising costs.
