Great communication and a swift conclusion to securing a rental.

My partner and I were moving from WA over to Vic and needed a rental before we arrived due to having two dogs. We emailed and applied for multiple property's online but it took weeks to hear anything back from other agents, and often required a follow up. I emailed Dylan about the property, explained our situation and he replied, sent us the application form and we went from there. Communication throughout the process was great, and the lease was agreed in plenty of time for us to drive over before our house sale in WA. Dylan also helped to answer lots of our questions when we were unable to view the property before moving in. He even arranged a virtual viewing for us where others wouldn't. We can highly recommend Buxton and in particular Dylan.
