We had Jasmine as our Real Estate Agent and she has been nothing short of amazing!

After realising that a house we applied for and were shortlisted for wasn't for us, Jasmine personally contacted me and suggested we look at two houses she was the property manager of. Since the inspection she gave me, we have since moved into one of the two houses she suggested to us and we love it! Jasmine has been available to us at all hours of the day with all questions we've thrown at her, having an answer! For 3 of us, we had never rented before and she made the transition seamless. Not only is Jasmine super friendly and supportive, but she had everything done that was needed prior to moving into our new home, extremely swiftly and promptly. As for Buxton, considering 3/5 of us had never rented before, we couldn't have imagined the process be any easier than what it was! Because we had applied through Buxton for another house, applying for Birdwood was easy and we didn't have to do any extra work! All the documents and processes that were required, were sent to all of us quickly and everything we were told by Buxton was followed through with e.g., times, documents, conversations with the homeowner etc. We are extremely happy to be renting through Buxton and would happily recommend the team and Jasmine to anyone looking for a Real Estate to rent or buy through in the future!
