Jorja has always followed up when we have questions and provides an understanding of what is expected from a landlord. All invoices are loaded into PropertyMe which allows us to understand expenses and where our money is going. We are first time investors and the letting process was easy and we had great communication. We appreciated the messages to advise how many people were attending, who was applying, and then an understanding of the tenants applications.
