I lack a cross reference

I would say it was decent, I found a found that was a decent fit for me, I have not yet moved in as I have a few things to sort out first but I do appreciate buxtons involvement. However, as this is the first time I am leasing a place, it's hard to cross reference whether this was a good experience compared ot others, an okay experience compared to others or a bad experience compared to others. Decided to give the review since it was requested but I don't think my review right now would be all that valuable.
