They made renting easier

It's been nearly 2 decades since I've had a residential rental as a tennant, despite 2 decades of commercial leasing, and things for residential letting have really changed, the last time I leased a residential property the letter of recommendation I got at the end of my last residential lease was typed on a typewriter, with liquid paper typed over from a spelling mistake, and a hand signed signature. Despite the advances in technology, and what all that can at times mean, Buxton staff and team were all welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and efficent in all manners of dealing with my enquiries, inspections, the application process, approval and the induction to their agency as a tennant. This was from all of the team, from reception staff, to agents at properties to property managers all the way through. It's a relief frankly. Now all I have to do is move in. Yippee ... and thank you
