• Above and Beyond Support During a Stressful Time

We have been with Buxton for over 12 months and were recently informed that we needed to find another property as the landlord was moving back into the home. As you can imagine, this was incredibly stressful for our family, especially needing to find somewhere close to our children’s school and our work. When our real estate agent, Jasmine, told us that if we found another property through Buxton she would do her best to help us secure it as quickly as possible, it gave us some reassurance during an uncertain time. A few weeks later, we found a new home listed with Buxton. We submitted our application at 8pm, not even realising that Jasmine was the agent for the property again. The very next morning, Jasmine called to let us know she would be presenting our application to the owner and would keep us updated. That same afternoon, she called back to tell us we had been approved. From searching to approval in less than 24 hours is truly unheard of, and we cannot put into words how grateful we are to have Jasmine as our real estate agent again. She has made what could have been a very overwhelming and emotional situation so much easier for our family.
