Less and Less for more and more

Every year the price and fees go up and the service goes down, Every year I feel less and less valued as a landlord. And if you’re thinking of selling they just take it for granted that you will choose Buxton so they don’t really care about maximizing your price just about making the easiest sale to one of their “friendly “ buyers agents. They quoted me $400k to sell a property that I sold with another agent for $538k
