Easy to Work With & Reasonable Rates

We bought and have had our investment property managed through Buxton in Ballarat for over a year now. Any maintenance issues were promptly resolved and tenant re-occupancy of the property was achieved within 2 to 3 weeks (twice in the past year) - but I believe we could have had turnaround within 2 weeks if we wanted to be quicker. Overall, easy agency to work with and service rates have been reasonable.
