Poor communication

I've been waiting for over two weeks for the sign to be removed. I've sent two emails and was told it would be taken down, but it still hasn’t happened. We moved into a rental property that wasn’t checked before we received the keys, and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. I haven’t had as much problem with dealing with real estate as I did with Buxton I also haven’t been getting responses. I’ve sent emails, but only hear back after following up multiple times
