Improvement from Ballarat Property Group

I originally signed up with Ballarat Property Group, and moved over to Buxton. The original PM I had wasn’t the best (Originally from Ballarat PG) - Unresponsive when questioned about item repairs that had supposedly, had been repaired 5 times and then replaced (stated in writing) only to backtrack when I questioned it being repaired again! But, apparently it wasn’t replaced, although it was charged and stated, as much. I never got replies and had to escalate to the Buxton PM T/L. Anywho, after that kerfuffle, I ended up being assigned Melody (Buxton), who was fabulous and kept me well informed and responded in a reasonable time frame. I have since been dealing with Jake (Mel’s on extended leave) who has also been great. Jake has assisted with a few item repairs and advised me of the best financial decision, regarding a lease ending. I find Jake to be informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and well organised, which is great considering my past experience and the fact that I don’t have as much oversight, given I’m based in Melbourne. If it weren’t for Melody and Jakes services / Buxton merging with BPG, I would have moved on from BPG / Buxton. But, both Mel and Jake have proven, Buxton, is a reliable and trustworthy Property Management Team, who I will be staying with for the foreseeable future.
