He is the great agent!

We bought our present home through Bernie and sold our previous property ( the house had burnt to the ground) He was extremely helpful in both occasions. The price for the present house was a fair price for both the owners and us. We had a valuation from another agent which sounded a bit below what we thought was fair. Bernie sold the property at a great price and above what that other agent estimated. We were sad to leave our previous home, but with Bernie's wonderful help, the sale went through quickly and saved us any more sadness. At all times he communicated with us quickly and we were kept up to date with all the details. I have been recommended him to many friends and I hope they follow up on our advice. We have settled into our new home, having lots of fun in the new kitchen and bathroom. His advice is very realistic and his knowledge of the local market was spot on. We will be eternally grateful for his giudence and can't thank him enough for his hard work. I don't usually write such glowing notes on anyone. Margaret Reardon
