I am a 62 year old!!! first home buyer and have had no experience purchasing property. The first property for which I ever submitted a bid was 23 Glazebrook Street, although I had been to a number of inspections and was keeping an eye on the Ballarat market. So, given my relative inexperience dealing with others in the industry it's difficult to make comparisons or judgements. That said, I found dealing with Lisa a very positive experience. She was friendly and approachable. She was straight forward, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend her services.
