Brayden was prompt in making contact and arrived with his colleague James well prepared. I received three agents advice prior to selecting, however Brayden took more time to discuss my personal requirements and kept me well informed regarding inspections and access given I was interstate for the sale period. James and Brayden walked the exterior of the property and sought all relevant addtional information on the property [ phased power and renovation history...this was not asked by other visiting agents therefore provided confidence they would highlight the attirbutes of the home]. Brayden and James were highly professional but added a touch of humour when needed noting selling can be stressful especially when impacted by a pandemic and the complexity of being unable to return due to restrictions. The sale was kept as stress free as possible and at all times, all questions were answered by both James and Brayden with consideration. When I was able to return and isolating in the house, both made an effort to touch base extending their support. Brayden and James presented as passionate agents that enjoy their work and community.
