Excellent Experience for our First House

Great First Buying Experience The house we purchased has tenants currently living in it Mark was very reassuring and had great communication between us and the tenants in regards to us wanting to live in the house We settled on a price straight away and Mark was very honest in what price range the owner was seeking, so it was a smooth transition. We have asked for a sold sticker to go on the properties sign 3 weeks ago an no sticker is yet to be seen Other then that was a very pleasant first experience of buying a house
