A very caring Agent

I am so pleased I chose Janet Akins from Buxton Bellarine to handle the recent sale of my home. From day 1. She displayed the highest level of professionalism, at the same time as being very approachable. She explained everything clearly from the first meeting, from the signing of the contract to all fees, including commission, photography etc. Her communication skills were excellent, keeping me informed regularly as the sale progressed. Even the short time my property was on the market before being sold, she regularly updated me and was available for any queries I had, returning any missed calls and messages almost immediately. I highly recommend Janet to any prospective seller, looking for a highly driven, well organised, officiant, approachable and empathetic Estate Agent.
