Wise Head on Young shoulders

We had discussions with 3 realestate agencies. The first was completely carried away with his valuations after only spending a very limited time at our home, he seemed in awe. The second gave value range we expected but did not stop reiterating to me in every other sentence that my home was a 3187 postcode and not 3186. Quite frankly they made me feel that in spite of the postcode they would be willing to market it. They were talking about my home that had evolved over 14 years. It didn't matter that we now wanted to move on. Todd, came in and did neither of the above. He took time to take the property all in and we had a lengthy discussion. He went away to have a good think about it for a few days. Todd made it clear to us that he wanted to market it for the home it is and its great location which made us feel comfortable with our expectations (which he delivered on) to put our sale in his hands. If we were not happy with any part of the marketing, he addressed it immediately. We sold very quickly after the first private viewings with several interested parties. Very happy to recommend Todd to sell your home as he does not just sit back and ride the agency's reputation. He worked for us.
