Sam deserves 10 stars!

I did my due diligence when selecting the agent. I short listed 3 agents based in reviews and good sales results I have seen in the building where my apartment is. I interviewed the 3 of them, and Sam clearly stand out for his natural rapport and high sense of ethic. I felt I can trust him and get the best possible result. I made the decision of appointing Sam the same day we met. In a fast changing market Sam could identify the market trends in very early stages, not many can do that. Sam and Felicity managed all the process very efficiently, being very proactive and looking after all the details. I was very impressed on how they dedicated their personal time in organizing everything in a couple of days and the property was up for sale in a few days and zero stress on my side.
