We met Simon through a referral from a "find an agent" web site. I had already met an agent from Hodges and discussed the sale. From the time I met Simon he was very knowledgeable and he advised me what to do to present the property well to ensure I got the best price. Compared to the Hodges agent, Simon was so much easier to talk to and get comfortable with how the sale would go, what to expect from a price point of view and discussed the best marketing strategy. I had different ideas on when and how to run the campaign but Simon gave me his professional advice and I changed my mind and it worked out the best. During the campaign Simon kept me informed and got my advice on what price I would accept from buyers and bidders. Simon presented to me every bid he got from potential buyers rather than just reject it outright. I know some agents have got buyers on the wrong side by not presenting all bids to the vendor. Simon is so easy to talk and discuss any matter, his mannerisms and communication skills are exceptional which is absolutely key when he is talking to potential buyers. We eventually got a good price and accepted Simon's professional advice and decided to take a pre auction offer and stop the Auction rather than reject his advice and go to Auction. I would certainly recommend Simon to other potential sellers of property.
