My Experience with Nicole Lismore

I have watched Nicole operating successfully in Burwood for some years now. Before listing, I did speak to another agent and this just confirmed my choice to have Nicole. I have found Nicole to be efficient and capable. She is always cheerful and easy to approach and is extremely well organised. She was very fussy when it came to presentation of the property but this in turn enabled a very good result quickly. Nicole was frank and open re price range but it was obvious that she had a very good knowledge of properties in our area . She assessed the market extremely well in this Covid environment.
