The sale of my parents' Dingley unit.

My family and I were very happy with Michal Kojdo's assistance to us through this sale. He was very professional in his approach throughout this time. He was always impeccably dressed. He discussed the sale issues very carefully and clearly. He was concerned about our particular needs and hopes during this period and we believe that he tried to speak honestly about the sale of the property. He was open to discuss our hopes and expectations which were perhaps unrealistic at times. Despite the fact that there were few bidders on the auction day Michael and a colleague managed to negotiate a little extra over and above the final bid. This was welcomed by my parents and quite reasonable. My family is very happy with Michal's work overall in the sale of their unit. We would recommend him highly to everyone.
