Damian Mahoney - Excellent Result

Damian was the agent for the sale of my elderly parents house. He was thoroughly courteous and informed right from the first meeting prior to appointing him as agent, through to the post-sales service he provided. The sale price he achieved was notably above expectation (and what other comparable houses in the street sold for!). He went above and beyond to ensure that my parents were well informed on all aspects of the sale, and that I too was privy to all aspects of the sale negotiations. The extra sale price that Damian was able to achieve has meant that my parents sunset years will be without any financial worries. The relief that this has brought to them cannot be proclaimed loudly enough. In short: Damian is great. You'd be a fool to use another agent.
