Matt explained all the steps we had to do with clarity.He was very approachable if I wasnt sure of something.Our sale was at times made difficult due to the property being part of a Lifestyle village,as their staff were not helpful or professional .Matt rose to the challenge and we got a great result.I think Matt deserves not 5 Stars but 10 .We would highly recommend Matt .Keep up the good work Matt.
