My personal experience with Bruce is a great story, looking back, I am very thankful to Bruce and his team at Buxton. From the first day I met Bruce, I was taken back by his professional approach, I chose Bruce based on this, he isnt your typical salesperson, he never pushed nor did he do the typical sales pitch. Throughout the process he was attentive, kept communication open and clear and took alot of tje stress and worry away, Bruce had multiple contacts and only built further confidence by being responsive wuth requests and helping us move forwards. On the day of the auction, Bruce and his team had done such a great job preparing and the marketing was amazing and reached a wide audience, it showed on the day all the work that had been done. In a downward market for sellers, the end result far exceeded every expectation I had and this was all due to Bruce.
