Noel went above and beyond with recommendations to fabulous trades people for the clean up of gardens and styling of the house for photo shoot. We received regular phone calls to update us on open for inspections. Our Auction date fell on the day after a snap lockdown but Noel thinking on his feet moved the auction forward a day, called all of the interested bidders and we sold succesfully for $200K over our highest expectation.
