Excellent communicator, Bayside knowledge and network, third time engaging in Paul

I first engaged Paul some time ago to sell my parents’ property, and after that experience I was keen to have him involved in selling my own apartment. Paul and Nat - what a dynamic duo. From the first couple of phone calls to arrange an initial meeting right through to the sale, everything was exceptional. Our contracts were signed within two weeks of going to market, which was an incredible outcome. I couldn’t be happier. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. We received updates straight after every inspection, and I really appreciated the proactive approach and transparency. Excellent Communicator and very professional.
