Paul was an absolute pleasure to deal with and someone that I will certainly be looking to sell in the future with. Things moved very quickly with the purchase and Paul was prompt and honest and open right throughout the 24-48 hour period before the Under Offer/Sold Sticker went up. Unlike other agents, Paul was honest and wasn't here to waste anyone's time, giving clear direction around the vendor's expectations and the other feedback from other buyers. My experience selling with Noel Susay and Sharon Quick through Buxton Hampton East in 2025 was very disappointing. The process lacked transparency, with an inaccurate appraisal, missed offers, a failure to disclose a potential conflict of interest, and one unattended open-for-inspection. This review reflects my personal experience only. I do not recommend this agency based on that experience and have lodged official complaints with Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT.
