Top of his game

We purchased our house in Belmont from David and we were so impressed with his Auction strategy that we decided to use him when we came to sell the same house four years later, Throughout the lead up to the Auction and with the added problem of Covid, David kept us informed every step of the way, suggested a Stylist for us to use, who was excellent, and was reliable, available and totally personable and helpful every step of the way. Our family were also impressed with him and would use him to buy or sell any property in the future in Geelong. He was practical in his approach to a Reserve Price and due tohis good work we were able to obtain $150,000 over and above our advertised reserve. We would recommend David and his Staff to anyone
