Pleasure to work with
We are very happy we chose Matt to manage the sale of our house. Matt was easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. Matt was always happy to answer our questions and took time to ensure we were across the whole sale process. We would happily go to Matt again if we were to sell another property.

Best agent!
Matt was a great agent. He was really conscientious and was great with communication. In the end we were really happy with the price he got for us. He's knowledgeable and always made sure we understood each step of the process. I highly recommend Matt if you're wanting to sell your property.

Smooth process.
Matt had communication skills the entire way through without ever coming across as pushy. From the point of expressing to him my desire to sell to the strategies he used to finally get the sale over the line, he kept me in the loop the whole way.

Great dude
Matthew was super helpful with any questions and queries we had about the property, going above and beyond regarding offers and the like. Always returned my calls and responded to messages, and seems like a great guy in general. He really put us at ease with the whole process, so I'd have no qualms using Matthew as agent to sell my property.

Reliable, passionate agent
We've had the pleasure of working with the whole Tomasino family at Biggin & Scott Yarraville over the past 10 plus years. We first started working with Tristan's lovely dad Renzo, who started out as our real estate agent but became our friend. Tristan has continued the Tomasino tradition. When we sold our home in Yarraville Tristan was able to help us prepare for the sale not only as an agent, but also by arranging contractors to carry out some last minute touch up work. Whilst the property passed in at auction, Tristan skilfully negotiated a sale immediately afterwards for a price that worked for both parties. We've found Tristan knowledgeable, reliable and passionate about what he does. And he heard and understood our particular needs for the sale. Most importantly, he's a good bloke!

I have been delighted with my dealings with Tristan.
Tristan Tomasino has sold a number of properties for me in Yarraville. A victorian cottage with 5 bedrooms and a 2 bedroom apartment. In both situations, Tristan has been completely knowledgable & even when my price had been reached, his knowledge got me more. He has always been very professional & prompt in both returning calls & in getting in touch when there is something which he feels can improve the return on the property. As an interstate investor with both properties i came to rely on his advice completely. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in the area, from my perspective he has been a 10 out of 10 agent, very rare in the field i can assure you.
