We needed an agent who really understood our particular selling situation. Matt provided this perfectly. He gave us the time and support needed. Being a local of our area meant he had great insight into the market. Our property sold pretty quickly at a great price, in a selling climate where the outcome could have been less than satisfactory. Many thanks to Matt and His support team at Biggin & Scott, Yarraville.

I had a fantastic experience with Matt and the Yarraville office selling my first home. I was kept up to date through every step of the way, putting me at ease - Matt even making the effort to calling and providing a run down after every inspection. Matt worked above and beyond to achieve the price we sold for. Very grateful and highly recommend!!

We bought this as our first home through Matthew. He generally communicated well and was easy to contact. He went out of his way to accommodate inspection times around our busy schedule, which we appreciated. Given our inexperience, there were a couple of things that could've been explained more clearly but overall were we were happy with his service and would definitely consider selling with him.

I would highly recommend Matthew, he is a knowledgeable, professional and extremely hard working agent. He worked consistently to ensure we achieved the best sales result for our property in a changing market and keep us up to date with regular verbal and written feedback. We were extremely happy with the result of sale and that was thanks to Matt.
