When I appointed Biggin and Scott, I was interested in personal service, and I was specifically interested in Tristan being a principal of the business and personally involved in the sale. It's difficult when you're told before - compared to the actual experience. He partnered with Mathew Alderman and did exactly what he said he would do. this was very good.
